SHIPPING INFORMATION

Once the order is approved and confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email.
After the payment is confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled or changed during this period. However, we will try our best to support your request.

Preparing Time: we need 3-7 working days to prepare your order according to our numerous orders every day. We need time to prepare the orders before shipping, and do strict quality-control tests and carefully package . This is separate from the delivery time.

Please Note: Total Delivery Time = Preparing Time + Delivery Time

Due to the effects of COVID-19, the shipment would arrive about 3-7 working days late than usual for your order. We are working on getting orders to you as soon as possible.

*Temporarily not shipping in other countries except the United States.

* Countries which requires customs duty.

Customs Duty : We have to ship orders by regular mail to the country requires Customs Duty by considering customer's benefit. Please understand customs duty is out of our control so we can not guarantee no tax fee and will not bear any tax fee.

Tariff

We will send your goods in the form of ordinary parcels to save your money. But we cannot guarantee that there will be no tariffs, if there are, you will have to pay by yourself. We ask for your understanding.

The tracking number and tracking link will be sent to your email within approximately 2-3 business days after delivery.

Estimated shipping time, which starts from the shipping date, not from the order date. Due to invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures or other reasons, it may take longer than expected.

Returns & Exchanges

We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we hope you have a pleasant shopping experience with us. Your satisfaction is always our first priority. Do not hesitate to contact us by clicking on "Contact Us", we will answer you within 24 hours.

1. Please provide the order number, SKU item number, picture of defective items to our customer service via email support@aoliks.com, we will respond to you within 2 business days ( 9:00-16:00).

2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3. Drop off your package at the local post office.

4. Most returns are processed within 7 business days after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to the original payment account, as per your request. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

5. You have a max of 30 days to make returns. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 30 days after the purchase date. No returns made after 30 days from the purchase date will be accepted.

Return Conditions

1. You have 7 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, underwear, event & party supplies, DIY supplies, pet supplies, beauty and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).

3. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

4. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.

5. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.

6. The returns will be made at your own cost.

7. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-Aoliks products.

8.Quality problem does not include any size, color, and material aberration from the buyer's imagination since we have showed pictures and its description on each product's purchasing page. Refer to product blemish such as holes or serious discolored and craze on the product.

Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.

Refund Policy 

• We will initiate a refund to your paypal account/credit card (or original method of payment) within 7 business days after order cancellation confirmed or we receive your returned package.
• You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Cancel Order
